Jennifer Javornik is a seasoned executive who specializes in new business development, partnership management, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. She is currently the Vice President of Sales for Filament Games where she works with companies, organizations, and individuals to explore how they can increase efficacy and engagement in learning through digital learning games. During her tenure so far, she has expanded Filament's reach internationally and has secured their first two Fortune 500 customers. As a founding steering committee member and current Director of the Madison Games Alliance, she is focused on putting the Madison region on the map as a premiere video game development hub. In addition, Brava Magazine recently recognized her as a 2016 Woman to Watch for her work championing digital learning games in the Madison area. Previously, she worked with the 5th largest independent IT consulting and business processes firm in the world in a variety of roles. Notably, she spearheaded an effort to create, launch, and deliver several solutions for states around HITECH and ACA-related health reform initiatives including the Medicaid Incentive Program and Health Insurance Exchanges.  Jennifer graduated cum laude from both Dartmouth College with a B.A in Drama and from Northwestern's McCormick School of Engineering with a M.S. in Information Technology. In her spare time, Jennifer is a professional improv comedian and she can be seen as a regular performer with the Monkey Business Institute.
